  1. Pull stomach in for back support.
  2. Lift one leg and balance.
  3. lift leg in front of the body and hold for 2 seconds.
  4. Return to original position.
  5. Lift leg to side of the body and hold for 2 seconds.
  6. Return to original position.
  7. Lift leg behind the body and hold for 2 seconds.
  8. Return to original position.
